Incoming Inspection (IQC)
All components, PCBs and auxiliary materials are inspected on arrival with strict supplier management, ensuring quality at the source.
Printing & SPI
Fully automatic stencil printing with 100% solder paste thickness and area monitoring keeps printing defects out of downstream processes.
Placement & First Article
A three-check first-article system (self-check, mutual check, dedicated check) plus program and feeder-list verification ensures accurate placement.
Reflow & AOI
Scientifically profiled reflow oven curves and full-coverage AOI optical inspection make soldering quality fully traceable.
Functional Test (FCT)
Functional and electrical tests performed to customer specifications; defective units are 100% intercepted and never shipped.
Outgoing Inspection (OQC)
Appearance, quantity and packaging are fully checked before shipment, with inspection reports enclosed for worry-free receiving.
